Prophotoalbums.com Return Policy

We will accept postage paid returns on items accompanied with a completed return merchandise form located with your order. Without this form we cannot complete your return. Items must be packed carefully in original packaging and in sellable condition. Any returns received by Prophotoalbums.com that do not comply with this policy will not be accepted and credit will not be issued.
A 20% re-stocking fee will be applied to all returns.


All items returned for exchange, will be subject to an additional shipping charge appropriate for the exchanged item(s) shipped back to you. The 20% restocking fee does not apply to exchanges. Shipping charges are non-refundable on returns or exchanges.


PLEASE NOTE: ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.  Custom orders are any order that contains items that we don't stock or large quantities of items that we stock or don't stock that are special ordered from our manufacturer.

All products are assembled and inspected by our staff before shipping to you. However, we are human and we may miss something or damage may occur in transit to you and you may receive a damaged or defective item. Please notify us immediately either toll free 1-828-691-8237 or email to albumsdover@gmail.com and we will issue a FEDEX GROUND return call tag and have the item(s) picked up and returned to us to be replaced. We cannot refund the cost of other shipping methods should you choose to return your merchandise without using our Call Tag system. We ask that you pack the item(s) in the box you received them in if possible, or a sturdy box and include the completed return merchandise form in the box.
